Meeting Rooms

If you are looking for somewhere to hold a community meeting then you are welcome to make a booking request for the use of one of our spaces.

We have the following Meeting rooms available for community use;

Waipawa Library Meeting Room;

  • Internet wireless connectivity
  • Waipawa Library Meeting Room (15 People max)
  • Smart TV's, integrated audio to enable advanced multimedia presentations.
  • Tea and Coffee Facilities.

Knowledge and Learning Hub/Te Huinga Wai, Waipukurau

  • Meeting Room Tahi (10 People max)
  • Meeting Room Rua (12 People max)
  • Meeting Room Tahi and Meeting Room Rua Combined (22 People max)
  • Learning and Innovation Space  (Free, bookable, open space)

After-Hours: Knowledge and Learning Hub/Te Huinga Wai, Waipukurau

  • The meeting rooms located in Te Huinga Wai are available to be booked outside of opening hours. 
  • The building will be unstaffed during this time. 
  • You can request after-hours access via Connect to Learn
